I have to give a talk in a few days to inspire a group, and after reading this article, I think it is what I will talk about. Every time we get locked in fear and swim around in our litany of complaints, worries, and doubt, we have to call ourselves back to the present moment - to the awareness of the good that is around us rather than the bad.
