Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Exercises

Many computer folks are experiencing tired wrists
and carpal tunnel syndrome. 

Here is a little exercise
to alleviate the pain and build muscles.

1-  hold your hands in the prayer position
palms together)

2-  lift hands upwards so the bottom of the palms are
at forehead level.

3-  Open and close your elbows, with hands still
held in the praying position, like windshield wipers.
